b) In the processing of bread, sugar and salt are added. These make bread have a high GI.

Therefore, brown bread is easily digested and it releases sugar, which makes it not very effective in terms of weight loss.

c) On the other side, rotis can be prepared using healthy multigrain flour without any coloring agent, which is always healthy.

    Which is more healthier from following three..1. Wheat Roti, 2. Jowar Millet Roti, 3. Ragi millet roti.

      Roti's made of Whole wheat, Jowar and Ragi are healthier because, they carry minerals, vitamins and fibres which are essential for proper functioning of the body. But they contain less amount of protein. So in order to keep the balance, you need to include protein rich foods like pulses, dals, egg as well as lean meat preparations.
