Mint Tea Recipe

Who said tea can’t be nutritious? Possible brings to you this mint tea recipe for making your “tea times” healthier. Mint is the most consumed but least discussed superfood amongst us! The reason for this is the high antioxidant capacity, vitamins, and minerals present in it.

Little you will know, mint leaves have small amounts of potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin C, iron and vitamin A. The many uses of mint is because of the presence of the natural aromatic decongestant or menthol.

We made a gentle green tea brew with mint. Sip it hot or enjoy it cold, this green tea is sure to lift your spirits and get your stored fat mobilizing.

Ingredient to make fresh & herbal mint tea

  • 200 ml Water
  • 5 nos Mint Leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Green Tea
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon Stick (Powdered)

Recipe to make fresh & herbal mint tea

  1. Take water and add mint leaves, powdered cinnamon stick, green tea to it.
  2. Boil for 5 mins.
  3. You are ready to serve your cup of healthy and refreshing mint tea.
