Omega-3 Curd Brown Rice | Possible

If you are hungry and you want something that not only can be prepared fast but also satisfies your tummy, have curd brown rice.

The goodness of brown rice with its high nutritional values makes it off of the best things that you can have for lunch.

And the fact that brown rice is a great healthy replacement for the common white rice, it can be a bliss for the rice lovers.

The outer layer of brown rice contains vitamins and minerals like phosphorous, magnesium, copper etc. So, try out this recipe of curd brown rice and get yourself an amazing treat.

  • 150 gm Cooked Brown Rice
  • 50 gm curd
  • 2 tbsp carrot
  • 1/2 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Possible Seeds Cocktails
  • a few Curry Leaves
  • 1 tsp Green Chillies

Method

  1. Take about 150 gm of cooked brown rice in a bowl then add 50 gm of curd and some salt to it.

  2. For preparing the seasoning, take ½ tsp of oil in a pan. Heat it and then add about ½ tsp of mustard seeds, 1 tsp of Possible seeds cocktails along with a few curry leaves.

  3. Then add 1 tsp of green chillies and 2 tbsp of carrot to it while heating.

  4. On cooling, add the seasoning to the curd brown rice. And you are now ready to enjoy a happy meal.
