Pomegranate Peanut Pepper Salad

Wanna spice up your salad formula? You don’t need to dig a mountain to do so. This Pomegranate Peanut Pepper Salad recipe gives you a great and healthy alternative to the boring salads that you normally see. In addition, pomegranates are among the healthiest fruits that you’ll find. So this salad is a treat not just for your taste buds also for your body. 

  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup wilted spinach
  • 1 tbsp roasted peanuts
  • 1 tsp cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup yellow peppers
  • 1/2 cup green peppers
  • 1/2 cup red peppers
  • 1/2 cup onions finely sliced
  • 2 lettuce leaves( optional)

For dressing

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt & pepper as per taste

Method:

  1. Place all the salad ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Mix all the ingredients of the dressing in another bowl.

  3. Mix the salad and the dressing well.

  4. Place a lettuce in a bowl and top it with the salad.
