Pomegranate Peanut Pepper Salad

- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 cup wilted spinach
- 1 tbsp roasted peanuts
- 1 tsp cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup yellow peppers
- 1/2 cup green peppers
- 1/2 cup red peppers
- 1/2 cup onions finely sliced
- 2 lettuce leaves( optional)
For dressing
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt & pepper as per taste
Method:

Place all the salad ingredients in a bowl.

Mix all the ingredients of the dressing in another bowl.
