I have been using a fresh leaf to juice it every morning as my first drink of the day, it tastes good, unlike dry powder. I only carry wheat grass powder if I am traveling, else I use only fresh leaves. It has helped me reduce 9 Kgs in 6-7 months. I am personally satisfied with this.
