Crunchy Salad For Healthy Munching!
All the crisp goodness of a nutritious and crunchy salad can be found in this delectable recipe which is simple and quick to make.
It is best for small meal healthy munching.
- 30 gms high protein mix
- 15 gms roasted chana
- 15 gms groundnuts
- 1 nos cucumber
- 1 nos onion
- 1 nos red capsicum
- 1 tsp flax seeds (roasted and powdered)
- Lemon juice as required
PREPARATION:

Finely chop all the vegetables like cucumber, onion, capsicum and add them to a high protein mix.

Add the roasted chana and groundnuts. Mix well and garnish with coriander and lemon juice.
