Before joining Possible, I used to eat a lot of fast food and often eat outside. Because I was eating junk food, I gained weight and was unhealthy.
After joining Possible and following their diet and other lifestyle instructions, my health has improved a lot. The coaches and dieticians were really supportive and motivated me throughout the journey. The dietician has been of immense help. She provides and modifies my diet plans. She recommended different diet plans like detox diets etc. which were really effective. The superfoods are also pretty good. Along with my diet, I have also started mild exercise and walking.
With all these changes, I have lost around 10 kg in 85 days. All my parameters have improved. I am incredibly happy with my progress.
