- 300 ml Soya milk
- 10-12 Raw walnuts
- 15 gms Watermelon seeds
- 5 gms Chironji seeds
- 10 gms Unrefined sugar
- 1 gm Cinnamon powder
- 50 gm Bitter chocolate
