- 1-2 cup peeled and grated raw mango.
- 8-9 nos mint leaves
- 1 cup chopped coriander (dhaniya patta)
- 2 nos green chillies , roughly chopped
- 1 tsp cumin powder (jeera powder)
- 1 tbsp honey
- salt to taste
Method:

Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste, using little water (approx 2 tbsp).
Serve immediately or store refrigerated in an air-tight container.
