Another chief ingredient to boost immune system is Green tea. It is packed with polyphenol (Catechins), antioxidant that may help to kill disease causing viruses. It is a good source of the amino acid (L-Theanine) which may increase the production of germ fighting compound (T-Cells). But milk should not be added with green tea which may bind the polyphenol and making them ineffective. A little amount of honey or lime can be added to reduce bitter taste of the tea.
