Since childhood, everyone used to call me fat. My height is only 4.10, so I used to look fat.
I have suffered a lot because of my weight. I have done everything to lose weight but nothing worked for me.
My brother took the program from Possible and he lost a lot of weight. He motivated me to join Possible.
I have reduced a lot of weight in my Possible journey. My coach Anshu always helped me and motivated me a lot.
Before joining Possible, If I used to work for 30 minutes, then I would want to rest for 30 minutes.
But now my energy level has increased so I can easily work for the whole day.
I get a lot of motivation even from Possible videos.
Now, I have lost 10 kg and I can’t describe my feelings in words. Earlier, I was not able to lose weight and now I have lost this much in just 90 days. This is the biggest achievement of my life.
Everything I eat now is nutritious. I was suffering from Thyroid for many years, but now I am able to manage Thyroid.
Not only thyroid but also able to control cholesterol level.
I was also facing Vitamin D deficiency but now that too has resolved.
If I am not fit then how will I take care of my family, it is important for my family to stay fit.
One more thing, because I am healthy now, I am now able to travel to many places.
I make only healthy food for my family, that’s why they also eat 80% healthy food.
Tips:

- You must set a goal and then follow a diet plan accordingly.
