I knew I was gaining too much weight. My family and friends kept telling me about it but I didn’t pay due attention to the issue. But then I started to face other health issues among which leg pain was a constant one. I couldn’t perform day-to-day activities with ease. Whenever I went shopping with my family, I had to sit outside the mall because my leg would ache. I also felt shortness of breath. My cholesterol levels also went up. I felt lethargic all the time and avoided going out and all. My son also started to behave like me. He was becoming lazy and started to gain weight.

Then, considering everything, I visited my family doctor. After seeing my health condition, he lectured me for quite a while and made me understand I need to bring some changes in my life. I’m about to turn 40. I still have a long way to go. If I don’t take control and fix my health, I will regret it later.

Then a friend recommended Possible to me and finally joined the program. I’m really enjoying the program. The superfoods are not just tasty but also convenient. My breakfast meals are sorted because of them. Before Possible, my meal timings were all over the place. Now I maintain my meal timings. I’ve also started walking on the treadmill. I finish my target of 10,000 steps every day.

I follow the dietician’s advice blindly. Whatever she says I follow it by the book. She recommends something new every 2 weeks and I get really excited to follow them and see the results. All these healthy habits have now become a habit. It doesn’t feel like I’m exerting effort. They now come naturally to me by default.

All of these have helped me lose 15 kg of weight. I’ve recently done a blood test and my cholesterol has come down a lot. My Vitamin B12 count was 160, it has now increased to 600.

I was vitamin D deficient, and now that has also improved. All my health parameters have improved. My leg pain is also gone. I’m so glad I joined Possible!
