My Possible journey is going really well. I have lost 15 kgs in 10 months and I have lost many inches. I not only feel lighter but also feel much healthier. All my previous health issues have been reduced.
I would like to say thank you to my coach Foziya for her consistent guidance and for helping me learn about what and whys of what we eat.. She also customizes my diet based on my preferences. They are always available whenever you need them.
I tried many things earlier, but none of them helped me to lose weight. My health parameters have improved and I am maintaining a healthy lifestyle with healthy food and exercise because balance is important.
Based on my experience, I can share these tips with you:
