Before joining Possible, my weight was 104 kg. I used to take tablets to lose weight, but I only lost 1 kg with them. But ever since I joined Possible, I have been following the diet plans very well. I had a habit of drinking tea with milk in the morning and many times (3) in a day but I replaced it with black tea after food. Drinking early morning warm water 2 glasses, and eating soaked almonds etc diet prescribed by possible coach and doctor.
Now, I have stopped eating white rice and started taking brown rice and reduced it to minimum. All my food is made from superfoods which includes millets also. I have lost 9.5 kgs till now with Possible’s diet and physical workout.
I also had Diabetes and Hypertension. I was earlier taking diabetes tablets twice a day, but now it has been reduced to one only. I feel lighter now.
My coach also supported me a lot. She used to solve all the problems at the time of the consultation.
The main reason for reducing my weight was diabetes and hypertension, but I also started having knee pain, which was creating problems, so I thought of reducing my weight.
