- 1 Medium Cucumber ((5″-7″ length))
- 8-10 Leaves Mint
- 2 inches Ginger
- Half Small lemon
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1-2 pinches Pepper
Method
- Wash and peel the cucumber as well as ginger. In a blender or juicer, add peeled cucumber, 2-inch piece of ginger, juice of ½ lemon and few mint leaves.
- Add salt and black pepper for taste and serve without filtering.
