  • 1 Medium Cucumber ((5″-7″ length))
  • 8-10 Leaves Mint
  • 2 inches Ginger
  • Half Small lemon
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1-2 pinches Pepper

Method

  1. Wash and peel the cucumber as well as ginger. In a blender or juicer, add peeled cucumber, 2-inch piece of ginger, juice of ½ lemon and few mint leaves.
  2. Add salt and black pepper for taste and serve without filtering.
