I tried many things for weight loss. I used to do yoga, gym and even tried a weight loss program from another company. It all worked only for a short a period of time and within a month or two the lost weight bounced back.

Soon after that, I faced a lower back issue. Because of that, I stopped working out. And naturally, it added more kilos to my weight. Then I got covid in the 2nd wave. I was badly affected and as part of the treatment; they gave me lots of steroids and all. This made my weight increase even further.

I realised that something needs to be done, so I tried to lose weight on my own with a diet. Even that didn’t help. Also, I had PCOS so weight loss was all the more difficult for me. Then I remembered that I had once taken Possible’s 7 Day Weight Loss Challenge. I found it quite good but due to other commitments, I couldn’t give my 100% focus to it.

So, eventually, I joined Possible. I was quite hesitant because my past experiences with weight loss had been terrible. Naturally, I had my doubts. But I decided to trust the program and follow it blindly. And that’s what I have been doing.

Presently, I don’t work out. I only go for walks. I make sure that I walk for 8-9 km daily. That’s the only thing I’m doing besides the Possible diet given by my coach, Niketa. I’m happy to say that the results are really good. I’ve lost 5.2 kgs in 2 months. I’m satisfied with it. I can wear my old clothes again, which I thought I could never do. My other health parameters must have also improved. Although I have not checked, I feel healthy from within. I get less tired now. Many positive changes have happened. The coach and doctor have helped me a lot. The superfoods are also very nice. I especially like the Quinoa Dal Dosa and Protein Rich Upma.

All in all, my Possible journey has been great!

  1. Discipline yourself when it comes to food. Have timely meals.
  2. Workout is secondary, but try to stay active.
  3. Be positive in all thoughts.
