Before joining Possible, I had both high blood pressure and Diabetes. I used to eat a lot of fast food and used to eat outside food often. I always used to eat a lot of junk food, so I was very unhealthy. Before covid, I used to go to the office and used to eat only outside, due to which my health deteriorated.
But after joining Possible, I was able to stop eating junk food. My PPBS has come down from 190 to 99. Medicine dosage has reduced.
I lost 5.2 kg in 49 days. My BP is also under control.
I also had the problem of constipation and there were dark patches on my face, but after losing weight and following the diet, I don’t feel constipated, and the patches have also reduced.
I wanted to lose weight to control my Diabetes.
Before joining Possible, I used to do yoga, but I couldn’t do it daily.

I do not like aata ruti at all, so I used to have rice at least once, but the multi-millet Flour ruti is so tasty, that now I eat ruti twice and that’s a good thing for me.
Tips:
- Follow the diet well without caring about the taste.
- Exercise for at least half an hour and walk for half an hour.
- Take more and more water and eat fruits which are healthy.
