Before I started my Possible journey, I weighed around 84 kg. And primarily, I was concerned about how I looked. I am 30 years old but I looked older than my age.
My confidence was dropping, and gradually, I stopped going out and avoided social gatherings. My stamina was low. I used to get tired very easily. So, I started to eat less.
After joining Possible, I learned that I need to eat more and have 3-4 healthy meals daily. I did everything that my coach, Pragya, told me. Initially, I thought that they were giving me too much food to eat. I cannot eat them all. Then my coach explained to me that I needed to consume everything on the diet even if I reduce the quantity a little.
When I started the journey, my family was not very supportive. But now, they have also begun to support my journey. Seeing my progress, my sister has also joined the program. Now, I have their full support. My husband helps me and encourages me.
I live in a joint family, in a small town. I can’t go out usually. So, all my physical activity is restricted to the house. As my coach guided me, I tried to do some exercises at home with the help of YouTube videos like yoga, aerobics, and walking.
All of this has helped me lose 7 kgs in 3 months. I am happy with my progress and I believe that I can lose more. My coach has really helped me. The superfoods are also super amazing. I liked almost all the superfoods that came in the kit.
