When covid came, I started to work from home. Most of my activities stopped. It led to my weight gain.
I joined Possible primarily to improve my health. I had some knee pain issues. Every time I had to take the stairs, my knees would ache. That is something I wanted to cure by losing weight. Earlier, I tried to lose weight by walking every day but that did not help me lose weight.
After joining Possible, I lost 10 kg in 3 months! My health has actually improved quite a bit. My knee pain has decreased while my stamina has gone up! My coach was also great. She guided me on my journey. She curated my diet according to my taste and what I usually eat. It really made my journey easier.
I’d also like to thank my wife. She has been a great support. She prepares all the food according to my diet plan. That is why I could achieve this goal. I really appreciate that.

I also had some skin issues. I am not sure why that happens. The doctors are suspecting it to be some kind of allergy. So, I thought of starting a healthy diet. But I usually get that problem during summer. So, I have to wait for summer to know if it has improved or not.
Now, after following the program, I’ve learned which foods are good for my health, and which nutrients I should consume. So, it has been enlightening. I can use this knowledge even after I finish the program.
