I am a 55-year-old ex-serviceman. I used to follow a good diet as I was in the army. But during the lockdown and covid period, my diet went out of control. This made my weight shoot up to 94 kg.
I am also a diabetic. It’s not very high. It rises to 120 max. I take medicines. Because of my heavy weight, I was facing difficulties while getting up after sitting on the floor. Also, my belly fat was too much. It looked bad. I even tried exercising, but I could never be consistent. I didn’t have the time to go to the gym regularly.

Only on weekends, due to family outings, I have to eat outside of my diet. Other than that, I follow the program strictly. I exercise portion control. With all that, I managed to lose 10 kgs in 7 months.
My coach has been very supportive. She checks on me every week. I also reach out to her whenever I had any doubts. She is always there to help. The superfoods are also very nice.
After seeing the positive results, I even referred my daughter to the program. She has also joined Possible.
