I am a doctor by profession. Due to work stress, I was having trouble sleeping. And due to a lack of proper diet, lack of sleep, and untimely eating, I gained a lot of weight. My weight reached up to 77 kgs.

My journey with Possible is going well! Even though sometimes I fail to be consistent with physical activity, I still have sustained weight loss.
