A Healthy Concoction ‘Cinnamon-Walnut’ Smoothie!

The Cinnamon-Walnut Smoothie is punched with a healthy content of carbohydrates and fats, which are bound to keep you energized all day long.

  • 250 ml coconut water
  • 5-7 nos walnuts
  • Vanilla extract or flavor
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 scoop whey protein powder (optional)

PREPARATION:

  1. Blend everything well in the blender.

  2. You can also add whey protein powder to increase the protein content.
