Even before joining Possible, I knew that dieting doesn’t mean starving myself, It means eating the right food. I wanted to do it on my own but I was absolutely clueless. Since I didn’t have expert guidance, I lack direction on how to do it. I started multiple times but always stopped midway. I still have a long way to go. I used to be 81kg, my target weight is 60kg. I’m sure I’ll be able to achieve it. And it’s not just about weight loss, I want to gain perfect health.
