I was 83 kg and hypertensive. I tried to manage my weight on my own. I started to maintain a diet with portion control and also stopped consuming wheat. I also started gym. But something was missing from the process. Also, because of my hypertension, I was prescribed medications that I had to continue for life, which of course is not ideal.

I was also taking ayurvedic medicine which I stopped after a few days. I began to feel a lot more energetic. Prior to the program, I used to feel tired all the time.

The superfoods have also been of great help. I honestly love them. Especially Trujuice and Triphala are my favourite. And snacks like Quinoa and Ragi puffs are also yummy. My children love them. Even when my program will be over, I’ll still be continuing with the superfoods.
