Veena’s Transformation Story
My Possible health journey is going really well. My health coach is providing diet charts and all other information that is needed. I am really happy with the program. I tried intermittent fasting before but it didn’t show me any results.
In the first 10 – 15 days they put me on a detox diet and there only I lost almost 3 kgs. Initially, I was struggling a little because I had to prepare my food separately and I have to leave for work at 7 in the morning. But eventually, I got used to it. Now, it’s not much of a problem.
Within 45 days of following the program, I could see changes in my body. I felt very light and energetic. I couldn’t do any cardio exercises before. But now I can do it for 1 hour also.
Sometimes I hit weight loss plateaus weight my weight was not going down any further but I kept following the dietician and again slowly it started to reduce. Now I’ve lost 5.5 kgs. My dietician is also very kind and helpful. Whenever I have cheat meals, I tell her & she gives me a detox diet. I am really happy with the coach. She understands my problems & preferences.
The superfoods are also great, especially millet idli, protein-rich upma & foxtail millet meal. They are super easy to make and very healthy. They are very convenient on busy days.
I am happy with my progress, especially about how energetic I feel now. I feel the same energy throughout the day. After seeing my transformation, two of my friends were asking about my secret so I referred Possible to them.
