When I joined the Possible program, my weight was 96.3 kg and I was facing many health problems like knee pain, and high cholesterol levels.  I also did not feel good appearance-wise. I was also on the borderline of diabetes. My son being a doctor would alert me. He used to always threaten me saying that I will have to use a wheelchair in my older days. All these things used to scare me.

I tried out many things to lose weight but was never successful.

One fine day I received a call from Possible. This is where things changed for me. The lady who called me motivated me to join Possible a. So this call changed my life for the best.

Practically speaking being a housewife I did not have any money with me except a Kotak bank credit card. With great courage, I managed to pay for my weight loss program and joined the same. I could arrange only monthly payments up to 2500/- per month from my household monthly savings.

After joining, Anshu became my dietitian and I was and am, so happy with the way she handled me. I discuss so many things with her. Because of her motivation, I reduced 11kg in 5 months at the age of 59 years. I have lost inches as well. All my current clothes started becoming very lose for me. My dietitian knows everything and she is like a 2nd daughter for me. Many a times I would cry in front of her but she always made me feel strong and independent. She has boosted me with lot of confidence.

I wanted to lose weight because in the later years of my life, I would not like to face major health problems. And I do understand and believe that “self help is the best help”. Nobody will be beside you to help you at the maximum they will serve you for four days but nothing beyond it.

I am so content with Possible and their superfoods that I have also gone ahead and renewed my membership.
