When I started the program, I weighed around 87 kg. As my job requires me to remain seated for 9 hrs straight, I also have back pain issues and high-stress levels which impacted my sleep.
I was looking for a health program where I don’t have to sacrifice food. I had so many other medical conditions. I also didn’t want a program that was focused on heavy exercises. I have tried some alternative methods also but after some time we lose the tempo and fall out of the routine.
I get regular calls from my dietician, Qamar Jahan. She tells me what I am doing wrong, or why things are not working, and she guides me on what I can do to become healthy. This has helped me stay motivated. I’ve been following her advice for the last 4 months.
Now, I’ve more or less cultivated that taste and it has almost become a habit of eating healthy foods. I really thank Possible for it. I would also like to thank Megha mam and Vishnu sir for their amazing thoughts on health through their videos.
I’ve lost 10 kg in 4 months. I’ve also lost some inches. My clothes have gotten loose. My back pain also improved. I feel so much more energetic. Both my personal and professional life have benefitted from it.
