Before joining Possible, I had put on too much weight. Due to this, I used to face a lot of trouble, then I came to know about the Possible and I joined them.
My dietician Mithila Gupta has also helped a lot. She has given me diet plans according to my schedule considering my travel time. Whenever I message her, she replies immediately and at the same time, I would also do some exercise. All of this has brought many good changes in my body. I have lost more than 12.3 kgs in 105 Days.
The reason for reducing my weight was that I had diabetes and blood pressure, so I had to control it and keep my body parameters right. And I also want to maintain myself, my son also told me that I should lose weight and I wanted to keep my body parameters right.
So I wanted to lose weight. And after joining Possible I have seen a lot of improvement. My blood pressure is also fine now. I always had a habit of eating sweets after meals, but now I have controlled that too.
