Onion Roti using Possible gluten-free atta

- 50 gm Possible gluten-free atta
- 50 gm onion chopped finely
- 1 green chilli chopped
- 1/4 cup coriander
In a large bowl, add Possible gluten-free atta. To this add chopped onion, green chilli and coriander leaves.
Add a little salt to taste.
Knead well with warm water and roll it into two small roti.
In a Dosa/Chapatti pan, cook both sides with little oil.
Serve hot with sabzi of your choice.
