Onion Roti using Possible gluten-free atta

Rotis are easy to make and they are rich in fibre. When it is gluten-free, it is even more beneficial for weight loss. Here we give you the recipe for gluten-free atta roti. Go through the recipe to learn how to make tasty gluten-free atta rotis.

  • 50 gm Possible gluten-free atta
  • 50 gm onion chopped finely
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • 1/4 cup coriander


  1. In a large bowl, add Possible gluten-free atta. To this add chopped onion, green chilli and coriander leaves.

  2. Add a little salt to taste.

  3. Knead well with warm water and roll it into two small roti.

  4. In a Dosa/Chapatti pan, cook both sides with little oil. 

  5. Serve hot with sabzi of your choice.
