There are a lot of people who completely dislike dairy products! But does it mean that they give up on calcium? Thankfully, no!

1. Almonds

7. Basil
You didn’t know that, did you? Yes, basil is rich in calcium. Around 2 tablespoons of fresh basil provide 10 milligrams of calcium.

Good information, but recentaly i came across one artical stating that any soyabean products should be consumed only if it is fermented… Is tofu fermented?
