b) In the processing of bread, sugar and salt are added. These make bread have a high GI.
Therefore, brown bread is easily digested and it releases sugar, which makes it not very effective in terms of weight loss.
c) On the other side, rotis can be prepared using healthy multigrain flour without any coloring agent, which is always healthy.
